Jose Portillo
500HR E-RYT
With over 7 years of teaching experience and certifications in vinyasa, meditation, trauma informed yoga and yin/restorative training, Jose has a passion for creating experiences and spaces for people to meet themselves through movement and breath.
For Jose, the yoga practice has given him the tools to live a life that is authentic, intuitive and powerfully connected to his purpose and his greatest desire through his teachings of the practice is for others to find the same. By connecting to that which gives us life, this practice of honoring the breath and the body by way of yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath practice), we can find ourselves present to all the amazing things available to us here and now. More importantly, this practice offers us the freedom and the empowerment to seek our physical, mental and spiritual growth.

Rebecca Winter
Rebecca began her yoga journey in 2015, shortly after the birth of her first daughter—and she’s been hooked ever since. Certified in 2020, she has been leading both group classes and private sessions with heart, humor, and a deep appreciation for the power of the practice. Now a proud mom of three girls, yoga has become her anchor—a place to reset, breathe, and reconnect amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
In her classes, Rebecca blends intentional breathwork with a strong and playful flow. Her teaching invites challenge and curiosity, often incorporating fun peak poses and moments of lightness. You’ll be encouraged to explore your edge while keeping it real—because yoga should feel good in your body and your spirit.
Rebecca’s approach is rooted in joy, strength, and presence, creating space for you to show up exactly as you are.
