Meet our founder 

Pedro Araújo is the founder of Yoga & Trein and has been dedicated to mastering Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and holistic wellness for many years. With a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga and helping individuals reconnect with their true selves, Pedro creates a space at Yoga & Trein where people of all backgrounds can grow, learn, and thrive.

As a highly experienced yoga and Jiu-Jitsu trainer, Pedro emphasizes mindfulness, self-care, and self-love in every class. His approach goes beyond physical postures, viewing yoga as a practice of self-discovery, transformation, and healing. At Yoga & Trein, Pedro fosters a sense of community where all individuals are encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace, whether they're beginners or seasoned practitioners.

Pedro believes in creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can feel accepted and supported. Yoga & Trein is more than just a training space—it’s a place to connect, grow, and become part of a community that celebrates wellness in all its forms.

Meet our yoga teachers, the best in Houston. Each one has his or her own unique spirit of healing. Our team is diverse and prepared to meet the needs of any student. We offer a wide range of classes and styles, so everyone can find the perfect fit. 

Jaclyn Vilchilka

Jacklyn is a young and energetic 200 hour certified yoga instructor. Jacklyn was first introduced to yoga as a child by her mother. Years later, she rediscovered the practice of yoga through her passion for health and fitness. After falling in love with yoga and all it has to offer, she began her journey to become a yoga instructor and deepen her practice. Under the mentorship of Ashley Griffin, Jacklyn received her certification and discovered her passion to inspire others. with extensive enthusiasm and zest for life, she wants to lead, love and inspire others in the yoga community to empower themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Linda Jost-Hom

For over 10 years, Linda’s yoga classes lovingly lead her students to connect to the multi-faceted and complex self. She teaches that the most important aspect about yoga is to compassionately hold space for the journey of self-discovery.

Linda has over 800 hours of combined training in anatomy, yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga philosophy and yoga therapeutics. In addition to being trained and certified in the US, she has studied yoga philosophies with swami parthasarathy.

Bryce Lewis

Bryce Avery Lewis is a New Jersey native. Bryce often goes by “coach bryce” and hoops yogi. Hoopsyogi fills purpose when providing community uplift through basketball, yoga & mental health offerings. And this approach to guiding regular self-care embodies a playfulness, wisdom, and humor that breaks barriers amidst wellness culture; and encourages all shapes and personalities to the mat.

As a devoted friend to many, and fueled by his passion to understand the nuances of life, coach bryce works relentlessly to build on academic foundations and stay in tune with the latest strategies through continued coursework and professional development. Hoopsyogi is a mental health advocate and considers himself a ‘forever student; eager to bring joy, love and light to everyone he can.
